EME is a U.S. Department of Energy Certified Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) Project Facilitation Company and has received two U.S. Presidential Awards for Excellence in Energy Efficiency. Since 1998, EME has assisted our clients with Energy
Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) and Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESC), including projects utilizing embedded Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) or Energy Services Agreements (ESA). Combining on-site renewable energy systems with traditional
energy efficiency measures has enabled our clients to install equipment retrofits, achieve their energy efficiency reduction goals, and power their loads with renewable energy, all from the project's cost savings.
